Terms of Service
By using Auto Gears’ services, you acknowledge that all agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any interpretation of these Terms of Service shall be made in accordance with Indonesian statutory provisions, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Law and the Electronic Transactions Law.
All disputes arising out of or related to your interaction with Auto Gears—whether concerning product reviews, content licensing, or alleged infringement—shall be resolved through good‑faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation administered by the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), with the venue fixed in Jakarta.
Should mediation fail, any remaining controversy shall be settled by arbitration under BANI’s rules, with the arbitrator’s decision being final and binding. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia, and the award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction within Indonesia.
Auto Gears encourages the modification of vehicles for performance gains, but all modifications must comply with Indonesian traffic regulations, emission standards, and safety requirements. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any aftermarket parts—such as turbochargers, ECU tunes, or suspension kits—are installed by qualified technicians and do not contravene the Motor Vehicle Law (UU No. 22/2009).
